Preparation of an IRO Matcha Latte:
- Mix the warm water (+/- 5cl) and the Matcha powder (about two bamboo scoops) with your bamboo whisk in a cup until smooth without lumps.
- Meanwhile, heat your plant-based milk (almond or oat milk are the most suitable flavors) but do not let it boil.
- For an even creamier version, froth the milk with a milk frother.
- Pour the warm milk over the Matcha and enjoy!
Storage: Matcha tea is a very fragile product, so remember to store it cool, dry, and away from light in a sealed bag in the box.
